Together we create what sociologist Émile Durkheim called "collective effervescence." Come once and you'll understand.
Joyful choreography. Live music. A front of the room that shifts.
Bija Beat isn't a fitness class, and it isn't a performance. It's a room. You'll learn real choreography, danced to live music, taught so that everyone can follow — and then, section by section, the front of the room shifts and different people lead. No mirror to judge yourself in, no back row to hide in. By the end you've danced something real, and you've done it together.
The team experience your people will still be talking about on Friday.
An hour of real dance, live music, and the kind of laughing-in-the-same-room connection that no trust fall has ever produced. No experience needed. No one left behind.

Every class gives back.
A portion of every Bija Beat session supports Celebrate the Beat, the nonprofit Tracy founded 25 years ago — free, professional dance education for children in Colorado schools. 55,000 children and counting.
